Community Education at Saddleback College offers an array of exciting classes designed to meet personal enrichment for all ages.  Our courses are short-term, not-for-credit, fee-based classes providing opportunities to expand your horizons.

Come Teach For Us - Propose a Program Today!

Interested in joining the team as a Community Education Trainer, and proposing your own unique program?
We are looking for motivated individuals interested in sharing their special skill, hobby, or passion with our Community members. Click here to visit our Program Proposal submission site today!
We are currently accepting proposals for both Youth and Adult programs. Please note the Program submissions deadlines by semester: 

  • Fall: April 1
  • Spring: August 1
  • Summer: December 1
Consideration for all new programs is on an as-needed basis. All assignments are tentative and contingent upon sufficient enrollment. If you are proposing an Adult program we encourage you to review our current offerings and become familiar with our already offered programs. Please keep in mind for our Adult programs we do not duplicate officers and programs may not conflict with Saddleback College academic courses.


Soak up the sun with Saddleback College Community Education!

We will be running a variety of summer programs on the Saddleback College campus, as well as off-site. Youth programs held on the Saddleback College campus inlcude:

  • College Fore Kids (CFK), Ages 5-17
  • The EDGE, Ages 10-17
  • Jazz Camp, Ages 12-18
  • Culinary Camp, Ages 13-17
  • Premier Aquatics Swim, Ages 3-14

Community Education will be partnering with Capistrano Unified School District (CUSD) teachers to offer over 30 Jump Start programs at participating CUSD school sites.

Adult Enrichment for ages 18 and older will run from May to August and will feature an array of enrichment programs and workshops such as art, music, professional development, and so much more!

College For Kids (CFK)

Give your kiddo the opportunity to experience college life in-person on a real college campus! Community Education's summer enrichment program, College For Kids (CFK), returns to the Saddleback College Campus for Summer 2023. Students are able to develop their own individualized class schedules, and choose from a wide variety of options including music, language, sports, coding, art, science, academics, and so much more! 

Programs are available for youth ages 5-17. Daily schedule options include four different class times and a supervised lunch bunch, as well as optional before care and after care.

Adult Enrichment

Community Education Adult Enrichment provides adults ages 18 and older the opportunity to learn something new through not-for-credit programs.

Before & After School Enrichment (BASE)

Registration for Sessions 3 & 4 of Community Education's Before & After-School Enrichment (BASE) programs are LIVE on Monday, December 26, 2022!
