Community Education Trainer Reminders

  • Be courteous and respectful when on our campus and when representing our program.

  • Remind program participants to not eat and/or drink in the classrooms (water is OK).

  • Restore furniture to its original position prior to leaving the classroom.

  • Erase the whiteboards when you are done using them.

  • Turn off the overhead projectors when you done using them. Bulbs can be very expensive to replace.

  • Encourage students to discard trash appropriately so that we can all continue to enjoy an environment that supports student learning.

  • Village (VIL) classroom doors must remained closed in order for the A/C to turn on. Override directions are listed on the A/C thermostat.

  • Call Campus Police at (949) 582-4585 to open up the door (you must be present at the door when calling) and call them to lock up the door when you are done.

  • For AV Instructions (how to log into computer [basic access], use remote, use projector) contact the Technology Services Help Desk at (949) 582-4600.

  • If you require WiFi please let the Community Education Office know upon scheduling your classes.
