Each session we will focus on building confidence and competence in each sport. We work on hand eye coordination, physical agility and the students ability to utilize the equipment with confidence. ( All equipment is provided). Students are exposed and trained on specific skills so the student can gain confidence and a higher skill level. We are a multi- sport program that uses structured active play to teach the fundamentals, nutrition and muscle identification, creating the foundation and building blocks for healthy habits that can last a lifetime.
