Advanced Diving Ages 5+. Divers will begin to learn all 5 categories of dives (Front, Backs, Inwards, Reverses, Twisters) and begin to put together a competition ready list. The goal of the Build Out Program is to get divers ready for competition by putting together a 6 and 11 dive list, making them ready to compete in club meets, or high school competitions. 8 kids max per lesson.
